Author Guidelines
Welcome to the International Review Journal of Education and Research (IRJER). To ensure a smooth submission process and high standards for published work, please adhere to the following author guidelines:
1. General Submission Requirements

Originality: Manuscripts submitted to IRJER must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submissions should represent original research, reviews, or theoretical contributions in the field of education.

Manuscript Preparation: Prepare your manuscript following the guidelines outlined below. Manuscripts that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected.
2. Manuscript Structure

Title Page: The title page should include the title of the manuscript, author names, affiliations, corresponding author contact details, and any acknowledgments or conflicts of interest.

Abstract: Provide a concise abstract of up to 250 words that summarizes the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.

Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords that accurately represent the content of the manuscript and assist in indexing and searchability.

Main Text: The main body of the manuscript should be divided into the following sections:
- Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
- Literature Review: Summarize relevant research and theoretical background.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
- Results: Present the findings of the study, supported by relevant tables, figures, and statistical analyses.
- Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and relate them to existing literature.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their potential impact, and suggest directions for future research.

References: Follow the APA (7th edition) style for citations and references. Ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list, and vice versa.

Figures and Tables: Submit figures and tables in high resolution. Each should be accompanied by a descriptive caption. Place figures and tables within the text at the appropriate locations or provide them as separate files.

Supplementary Material: Any supplementary material, such as appendices, additional data, or multimedia files, should be submitted as separate files and clearly labeled.
3. Submission Process

Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via our online submission system. Register or log in to submit your manuscript and track its progress.

Cover Letter: Include a cover letter with your submission. The cover letter should state the significance of the research, confirm that the manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Ethical Considerations: Ensure that your research complies with ethical standards. For studies involving human or animal subjects, provide evidence of ethical approval from relevant institutions. Include a statement of informed consent if applicable.
4. Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Review: All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. Reviewers provide feedback on the manuscript’s quality, originality, and relevance.

Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback. Provide a detailed response to reviewers’ comments with your revised submission.
5. Publication Ethics

Plagiarism: Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Ensure that all sources are properly cited and that the manuscript is free from any form of plagiarism.

Authorship: Ensure that all individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research are listed as co-authors and that all authors approve the final manuscript.

6. Post-Acceptance

Proofreading: Upon acceptance, authors will receive proofs for final review. Verify all details, including formatting, spelling, and accuracy of figures and tables.

Copyright Transfer: By accepting the publication offer, authors transfer copyright to IRJER. Authors retain the right to use their work in their own research and teaching.
