1. About the Journal

Frontiers in Business Innovations and Management (FBIM) is an international, peer-reviewed, Open Access scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that advances knowledge in business, management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

FBIM provides an inclusive platform for researchers, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate original research, critical analyses, and evidence-based insights addressing contemporary challenges and emerging developments in the global business environment.

2. Scope and Acceptable Topics

The journal welcomes high-quality submissions covering (but not limited to) the following core areas:

3. Acceptable Article Types

FBIM publishes several categories of scholarly work:

  • Original Research Articles: Empirical studies presenting novel findings, methodology, and practical insights.

  • Review Papers: Critical and comprehensive reviews of current academic literature and emerging theories.

  • Case Studies: In-depth analyses of real-world business cases, organizational challenges, and solutions.

  • Conceptual Papers: Theoretical frameworks, model developments, and groundbreaking conceptual discussions.

  • Short Communications: Brief reports on preliminary findings, novel techniques, or urgent industry perspectives.

4. Pre-Submission Checklist

Before submitting, authors must ensure that:

  • Originality: The manuscript is original, scientifically sound, and has not been published previously.

  • Exclusivity: The manuscript is not currently under consideration by any other journal or conference.

  • Author Approval: All listed co-authors have reviewed, approved, and agreed to the submission of the final manuscript.

  • Ethical Standards: Necessary ethical approvals have been obtained, and potential conflicts of interest are fully disclosed.

  • Plagiarism & Integrity: The work strictly complies with the journal's Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy.

5. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

A. General Formatting

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format only.

  • Language: Clear, concise Academic English.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt size.

  • Line Spacing: 1.5 line spacing throughout the manuscript.

  • Margins: Standard 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides.

  • Page Numbers: Consecutive numbering centered at the bottom of each page.

B. Recommended Structure

  1. Title Page: Full manuscript title, author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and corresponding author email.

  2. Abstract: Structured or unstructured summary (150–250 words).

  3. Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords.

  4. Main Body: Introduction, Literature Review / Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Results / Analysis, Discussion, and Conclusion.

  5. Declarations: Funding Statement, Conflict of Interest Declaration, Data Availability Statement.

  6. Acknowledgements: (If applicable)

  7. References: Formatted in standard APA 7th Edition style. DOIs must be included wherever available.

  8. Tables & Figures: Embedded within the text with descriptive captions and high resolution.

6. Peer Review & Editorial Process

FBIM follows a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure scientific quality and academic integrity:

  1. Initial Screening: The Editorial Office evaluates the manuscript for scope, formatting, plagiarism, and technical suitability.

  2. Double-Blind Review: Suitable manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent domain experts without revealing author or reviewer identities.

  3. Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer evaluations, the Editor-in-Chief renders one of the following decisions:

    • Accept without revision

    • Minor Revision

    • Major Revision

    • Reject with opportunity for resubmission

    • Reject

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

  • Authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and LLM tools solely for language editing, grammar improvement, or readability enhancement.

  • AI tools cannot be listed as an author or co-author.

  • Ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all content rests entirely with the human author(s).

8. Open Access, Copyright & Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • Open Access: All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.

  • Copyright Retention: Authors retain 100% full copyright of their published work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

  • Submission Fee: There are NO submission fees ($0).

  • Article Processing Charge (APC): An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript successfully completes peer review and receives formal acceptance for publication. There are no hidden charges.
