1. Introduction

Frontiers in Business Innovations and Management (FBIM) is committed to promoting the wide dissemination of scientific knowledge while protecting the intellectual property rights of authors. The journal follows an Open Access publishing model and applies the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License to all published articles, enabling the responsible sharing and reuse of scholarly research in business, management, and innovation.

This policy explains copyright ownership, author rights, publishing rights granted to the journal, and the conditions under which published content may be reused, distributed, or reproduced.

3. Copyright Ownership

Authors publishing in FBIM retain full, unrestricted copyright to their scholarly work. Copyright remains entirely with the author(s) after publication, and the journal does not require the transfer of copyright ownership.

By submitting and publishing their manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The submitted work is original and has not been published previously.

  • The manuscript does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript.

4. Author Rights

Authors retain extensive rights over their published work and may, at any time:

  • Share the published article through personal, lab, or institutional websites.

  • Deposit the published version in institutional or subject-specific repositories.

  • Share the article through academic networking platforms (e.g., ORCID, ResearchGate, Academia.edu).

  • Reuse figures, tables, and original content in future scholarly works with appropriate citation.

  • Distribute the article for educational, research, and professional development purposes.

  • Use the published work in theses, dissertations, books, conference presentations, or teaching materials with proper acknowledgment of the original FBIM publication.

5. Publishing Rights Granted to the Journal

By submitting a manuscript for publication, authors grant Frontiers in Business Innovations and Management (FBIM) a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and display the accepted work in electronic and digital formats.

This non-exclusive publishing license enables the journal to:

  • Edit, format, copyedit, and typeset the accepted manuscript.

  • Assign a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to the article.

  • Index, archive, and disseminate the published article through the journal website, scholarly databases, and indexing services while preserving the author's copyright ownership.

6. Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0)

All articles published in FBIM are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This license promotes the widest possible dissemination and reuse of scholarly research while ensuring that authors receive appropriate credit for their work.

Under the CC BY 4.0 License, any user may:

  • Copy, distribute, display, adapt, translate, remix, or build upon the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Conditions: Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s), FBIM must be cited as the original source of publication, a link to the CC BY 4.0 license must be provided, and any modifications or adaptations made must be clearly indicated.

7. Rights of Readers and Users

Readers, researchers, educators, business practitioners, and librarians are free to access and use published articles without subscription, paywalls, or registration fees.

Users may:

  2. Cite the original publication in FBIM with its full article title and active DOI.

9. Third-Party Material

Authors are solely responsible for obtaining written permissions to reproduce any third-party material—including copyrighted figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, questionnaires, or proprietary models—incorporated into their manuscripts.
