Author Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to any journal under the Emerging Innovations Society: Science, Technology, and Social Studies are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth submission, peer review, and publication. All journals under the society are open access, peer-reviewed, and follow a monthly publication frequency.
1. Manuscript Submission

All submissions must be made online via the respective journal’s website submission system.

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format using the journal's prescribed template (if available).
-
Authors must ensure that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
2. Article Structure
Please structure your manuscript as follows:
a) Title Page
-
Title of the article (clear and concise)
-
Full names of all authors, their affiliations, and ORCID iDs (if available)
-
Corresponding author’s email address
b) Abstract
-
A structured abstract of 150–250 words summarizing the objective, methodology, results, and conclusions.
-
Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords for indexing and discoverability.
c) Main Text
Follow the IMRaD structure:
-
Introduction: Context, background, literature review, and objectives
-
Materials and Methods: Methodology, data sources, tools, and techniques used
-
Results: Key findings, tables, figures (with captions)
-
Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, limitations
-
Conclusion: Summary of findings and future scope
d) References
-
Use APA (7th edition) citation style.
-
Ensure all references are cited in the text and listed at the end.
-
Include DOI or URLs wherever applicable.
3. Formatting Guidelines

Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
-
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
-
Figures and Tables: Inserted within the text, properly numbered, and with captions
-
Equations: Use equation editor tools in MS Word
-
Length: Recommended word limit is 4000–7000 words including references.
4. Ethical Considerations
-
All manuscripts must comply with ethical standards and plagiarism must be strictly avoided (similarity index must be below 15%).
-
If the research involves human or animal subjects, appropriate ethical approvals and consent must be mentioned.
-
Authorship should reflect only those who have made substantial contributions to the work.
5. Submission Checklist
Ensure the following before submitting:

All authors and affiliations are correctly listed

Abstract and keywords are included

References are formatted in APA 7th edition

Plagiarism check has been done

Figures and tables are properly numbered and labeled

Conflict of interest, funding source, and acknowledgments (if any) are stated
6. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Fee (APC). The APC covers the costs of peer review management, website hosting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving. Exact APC details are available on each journal's website.
7. Licensing and Copyright

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

Authors retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article.
8. Review and Publication Process
-
Each manuscript is evaluated by the editorial team and then sent for double-blinded peer review.
-
Reviewers are given 2–3 weeks for initial feedback.
-
Revised manuscripts are reassessed before final acceptance.
-
Accepted articles are published in the next available monthly issue.
